Linda grew up in southern California and in middle Tennessee, where she came to faith after being invited to her friends’ youth group. She served in youth ministry for 13 years in local churches, in churches from 350-3,500 members, on both large and small teams, in large cities and smaller towns, in roles from intern to Director of Student Ministry, and in ministries that were established as well as those in need of rebuilding.
Over the course of the past several years, Linda has partnered with Center for Parent/Youth Understanding and Reformed Youth Ministries to help equip and resource youth leaders. During this time, she has sensed an increasing call out of the front lines of ministry herself and into roles where she would be equipping and caring for those on the front lines. She has always had an eye out for other leaders and helping them to grow, even when this wasn't explicitly part of her job. Through her own experience and relationships with other youth leaders, Linda knows well the unique challenges, hurts, loneliness, and exhaustion that youth ministry leaders face, and she is passionate about helping leaders and their ministries to thrive.
Linda holds a MA in Biblical Counseling and lives in Orlando, FL. She enjoys music, learning, and meaningful conversations.
