Roger Ash

My name is Pastor Roger Ash.
I’ve been a husband to my wife, Barbara for over 43 years, and a father to 3 wonderful grown children, a son and two daughters.
I have also been blessed with 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
I began my studies at Lincoln Christian University, Lincoln, IL and completed my degree at Bethel College, Mishawaka, IN.
I spent 25 years in the business world, ending that career as a Business Consultant. I was called into full-time ministry and ordained in 2001, spending 22 years as a full-time Executive Pastor. Alongside of pastoring a large congregation, I also spent 12 years as a Hospice Chaplain, and Resource Chaplain at our Local Hospital in Northwest Indiana. My experience of working side by side with many pastors over the past 25 years has helped prepare me for this next step with Standing Stone. I look forward to continuing my work with pastors and helping guide them toward healthy relationships with their families and their Churches.
My wife and I moved to Florida to be nearer to our children and grandchildren. We currently reside in the Tampa Bay area. We began attending Wellspring Community Church in November of 2020 and have truly come to enjoy the people, pastors, and worship as well as the solid teaching from God’s word. I am honored to be the part-time Pastor of Care and Prayer at Wellspring Community Church, and look forward to continuing my ministry there as well as a part-time Shepherd with Standing Stone.
