Dr. Rick Hicks
Rick joined WCM Investment Management in 2013 as Chief Culture Officer. His primary responsibility is to help define and articulate the firm’s values with the aim of promoting effective teams and nurturing a healthy, self-sustaining culture. He also works with individual staff, mentoring and coaching in the areas of work-life balance and life planning. Earlier in his career, Rick held senior positions at several global charities and ran his own practice as a management consultant. He has earned multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Organizational and Developmental Psychology from the Claremont Graduate University (California).
