Chuck Apple

Chuck has Pastored for 40 years with a call to change the world!  He has been a visionary leader who is passionate about empowering and caring for other leaders.
In four decades, Chuck has served 17 years in youth ministry, Lead Pastor, Adjunct Professor, certified Life & Leadership Coach and started a non-profit ministry called Youth Alive, a campus ministry movement to reach the public High Schools & Jr Highs of Wisconsin / Northern Michigan area.  Also during the these past years, he has earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.  He has mainly pastored in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin and the land of 10,000 lakes of Minnesota.

In his 40 years of ministry, he has seen pastors struggle with burnout, isolation, unrealistic expectations, mental health and many leave the ministry because of discouragement.

Chuck and his wife, Joy, believe the best way to change the world is to partner with pastors who have an incredible influence in the spiritual life of their congregation, the city and the world.

They have 4 grown kids who are married and authored 8 grandkids who are serving the Lord and love the church.  Joy, his wife, is an incredible woman of God who is multi-talented administratively, served as a music director, connections pastor, compassionate counselor, intercessor for the prayer needs of others and is extremely busy straightening out her husband but is captivated with her super 8 grandkids.

They are extremely excited about this next season of their lives as they pour into ministry leaders.
