Rich and Heidi Joy

Rich and Heidi Joy are life long residents of Connecticut. Rich and Heidi have been married for 42 years, have three grown children and six grandchildren. In 1993 they founded Crossroads Community Church in Trumbull, where they have both served for 25 years: Rich as Lead Pastor, and Heidi as Creative Director and Worship Leader.

Rich and Heidi have always had a great love for God’s people and a calling to help the local church. Being born and raised in New England, Heidi and Rich have a deep desire to help Pastors and their spouses live whole, well-balanced lives while navigating the challenges of ministry in New England
