Rick and Susan McCarthy

Rick is a Chair of a Christian CEO forum group for Convene & the principal of McCarthy & Associates, CPA in Irvine, CA. He also serves fellow Convene Chairs, is on the Board of The Sheepfold, is past founding Board Chair of both Standing Stone and Africa New Day, is Chair of the Supervisory Committee of ECCU (Evangelical Christian Credit Union), along with being an active member & former National Managing Partner and Board member of The Barnabas Group, an active promoter of The Master's Program, Light of Africa Network & Pacific Justice Institute (Advisory Board), and a past Board member of South Coast Community Church (now Mariners Church), Leukemia Society, South Coast Early Childhood Center, Planned Giving Roundtable, Republican Associates & Homeward Bound.
Susan McCarthy has the privilege of serving with her husband, Rick, in each of his ministries and CPA practice after a 20-year career in marketing and advertising. Additionally, she now comes alongside women as a spiritual encourager for Jesus. She leads intercessory prayer for individuals and groups, mentors women, leads Dr. Charles Kraft's Deep Spiritual Healing Prayer sessions, and with Rick mentors married couples. They also mentor missionary couples on Standing Stone retreats and thereafter. Susan has served several roles in church ministries in the past including camp counselor, Bible study leader, choir member and advisory board member. She served on the board of Africa New Day and enjoys biannual missions trips with Rick to the Democratic Republic of Congo on that ministry's behalf. The McCarthy's live in Newport Beach, California, have a grown son, Patrick, and travel extensively for ministry and personal reasons.
