Lee McClanathan

Pastor Lee has served in successful Lead Pastor ministry for 45+ years in IL, CA & AR, growing churches and helping people become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. In the process he has experienced the ups and downs; the good, the bad and the ugly of ministry life. This includes depression, bitterness, burnout, health crises and the struggles that are often part of ministry life. He is a two-time graduate of Hope International University in Fullerton, CA"¦majoring in preaching, pastoral ministry, church growth and leadership. He has been married for 45+ years, has 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. He currently lives in Rockford, IL. He is also a published author who loves to encourage and mentor pastors, and has a soft spot for the small struggling church.

Unfortunately pastors and ministry leaders are fast becoming an "endangered species". Pastor Lee's desire is to reduce the number of those leaving the ministry and far too often the church. Pastor Lee says, "I can't think of a better way to bring my ministry days to an end, then to invest my life in pastors and ministry leaders through Standing Stone. After much prayer I'm convinced that I have been called to this vital ministry".
