Kyle Waggoner

Kyle has served in front line ministry and counseling for 15 years since being called by God to step into ministry immediately after college. He has experienced tremendous joy in shepherding God's people through a variety of ministry settings (youth ministry, church planting, growing a church from inception to a large community, leading children's ministry, small group ministry, care ministry, adult ministries, counseling, etc). He has also seen and personally experienced the burnout, isolation, unrealistic expectations, and various struggles that come with vocational ministry. Through his time in ministry, God has used these trials to invite Kyle into the life of abundant abiding, rest and resurrection available in Jesus Christ. Kyle's passion is to engage with people on their journey and enter into soul care to help them pay attention to what the Lord is doing and speaking in their lives. He loves helping other leaders cultivate their own abiding relationship with Christ so that their ministry overflows from this.
Kyle & Beth have been married since 2008. They live in El Dorado Hills and have been in the Sacramento area since 2013. They love being outdoors, exploring and soaking in the beauty of God's creation, especially with their three kids (Carter, Avery & Tucker). He is an athlete and avid sports fan (especially coaching his kids in soccer), as well as finding enjoyment in books, movies, and music. Thanks to Beth's love of all things DIY, Kyle is growing a love for building and working with his hands. More than anything, he hopes you will see a glimpse of Jesus dwelling in Him and living through Him.
