Dale Sisam

“It is my mission to help pastors stay on mission.” This reflects the focus and the passion of Dale’s call to serve fellow ministry leaders. With the heart of a shepherd, Dale has become a confidant, mentor, coach and friend to pastors and ministry leaders in 30 nations and across the country.
“Looking back, to the time when my wife Sandy and I both gave our hearts to Jesus as young kids, we never could have imagined the amazing journey God would have for us. Since responding to God’s call for pastoral ministry in 1983, we have been privileged to serve three churches as both staff and lead pastors. During those years, we have seen and personally experienced the joys of ministry and also the heartaches that many pastors, ministry leaders and their spouses face. As seasoned pastors, we provide a safe, confidential place for ministry leaders and their spouses to share the challenges they face while offering to them help, healing, and hope.”

Dale holds an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry and has served on the board of several local and national non-profit organizations. He is a gifted speaker.

Having known each other since childhood, Dale and his wife Sandy have been married for over 40 years. They have three grown children and enjoy being grandparents.
