Mike Field

Mike and Kathy Field have been married since 1985 and serving pastors shortly after. Their six grandkids fill the house for holidays and special occasions. Mike has been in bi-vocational ministry up to 2018 when he retired from the Federal Aviation Administration as an On-the-Job Trainer, Quality Assurance Inspector, and Electronic Technician. Mike graduated from Northwest University with a Master's degree in International Community Development and has studied pastoral and chaplain services with a speciality in Crisis Stress and Trauma Recovery, he is a life coach, and is studying to become a Spiritual Director.
He calls the Pacific Northwest home and currently lives in Eastern Washington. His heart is to help and encourage people to become who God has created them to be. He works to build the church through spending time with people and helping God shape them. He loves hearing people’s stories and the hope they have in Christ.
