Lynn Floyd

Lynn Floyd attended college and earned an undergraduate degree in Christian Studies and a graduate degree in Spiritual Care. He has over 30 years of ministry experience where he has served in a variety of roles, including church planter, pastor, and bi-vocational pastor. He is a certified church revitalization specialist and currently serves as lay elder at Radiant Church in Round Rock.

Lynn spent 19 years in law enforcement, 16 of those years spent with the Texas Department of Public Safety. He began as a Trooper and rose through the ranks to Lieutenant. After spending a year and a half in the non-profit world, Lynn recently returned to Texas DPS in a civilian role where he serves as a Leadership Development Specialist and helps champion the leadership program for the agency.

Lynn and his wife Amanda have been married for 24 years and have 6 children, including one from adoption.
