Jamie Overholser

After 20 years of ministry in 2 churches in northeastern Pennsylvania, Jamie and Julie moved to Lynchburg, VA on August 31, 2021. Jamie and Julie served for 31 years in local churches and Christian schools in New York, Kentucky, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. In December 2019 Jamie resigned his pastoral position in Clarks Summit, PA in order to pursue to a greater degree the ministry opportunity with Standing Stone.
Jamie and Julie have 4 adult children and their first grandchild is due in February 2023. They love a good beach vacation, a hike in the mountains, or finding a good Thrift Store or junk shop to explore. Julie loves interior design, restoring old furniture to new life, and helping people gain physical health. Jamie loves to write, fish, and cheer on the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Jamie and Julie are passionate about walking with others in ministry and developing relationships that help others navigate the ups and downs of ministry. They have had their fair share of ministry successes and struggles, so their desire is to encourage, mentor, and build healthy relationships with pastors and their spouses in order to provide a safe and confidential place to navigate ministry and family life.
