Ronald Long

I’m Ronald and I’ve been doing student ministry for 16 years at two different churches. Even when I started my youth ministry journey, I saw how important it was to have caring and loving mentors pouring into me. God has called me to engage, equip, and encourage youth pastors so that they can thrive where God has called them. I want to see youth ministries thrive because their youth pastors are healthy, Jesus loving ministers.

God has brought me through all manner of trials: from the death of my dad when I was 23 to divorce when I was in my late thirties. God has been faithful to give me friends and a church who stood with me in difficult circumstances.
I want to be that person for pastors who face the struggles of both everyday life and the pain of ministry.

I live in San Antonio, TX with my fiancé Aimee. All together, we have five wonderful kids! We attend the church I served as a pastor for the last ten years.
