Gary Weik

I, Gary Weik,  came to know Jesus as my Savior at an early age, and grew up in the church environment with its blessings and its difficulties.  As a child I knew I had the call of God on my life, and began to preach to my grandparents on the porch.
After graduation from high school, I received a B.S. in Biblical Studies, and later, an M.A. in Biblical Literature.  I have held ministerial credentials for over fifty years.

Avenues of ministry have included pastoring,  administrative roles and teaching at a Bible College,  as well as serving as a Home Missionary through Church Planting.   I also ministered as a Chaplain at a Rescue Mission,  where I assisted men who were struggling with addictive behaviors.  I became acutely  aware of the underlying causes of destructive behavior.

I have dealt with shattered people and have seen them become whole by the grace and mercy of the Lord.

I have a firm Biblical view that provides a message of redemption and restoration, both to God and man.  It is with a deep sense of a pastor's heart that I am excited to join Standing Stone Ministries.   With gratitude I will walk alongside those who walk in ministry,  by listening, praying, and encouraging during the days in which we live.
