Dave Wilson

Dave is a seasoned professional with two decades of dedicated service in vocational ministry. His diverse background includes impactful roles in both parachurch organizations, notably with Young Life, and within the dynamic context of multisite churches. A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, Dave is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at the Townsend Institute, located at Concordia University in Irvine, CA.

Dave's journey with faith began in high school when he encountered Jesus through the transformative work of Young Life. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in various ministry facets, including student ministry, college and young adult ministry, and leadership development. His commitment to personal and spiritual growth is reflected in his training as a contemplative Spiritual Director and certifications as an Enneagram Coach and Replenish Life Plan Facilitator.

Having navigated the inherent challenges of a full-time ministry calling, Dave brings a wealth of firsthand experience in overcoming heartache and adversity. His passion lies in guiding ministry leaders towards holistic health, with a specific focus on fostering anchored hope, restorative healing, and integrated wholeness. Dave's purpose is to relationally shepherd leaders, empowering them to discover transformative influence as they navigate the journey towards personal and communal transformation.
