At Standing Stone Ministry, we take confidentiality very seriously. The ministry leaders we serve need to know that they can share whatever is going on in their lives in a trusted, confidential relationship. That’s why we share our Friday stories from the perspective of our shepherds and alter small details to protect the identities of ministry leaders.
Every now and then, however, a brave ministry leader says,
“I want to thank the people who support Standing Stone. What can I do?”
“Would you be willing to share your story on video?” we ask.
The video embedded in this email and linked below was filmed by a pastor in Canada who shares how having a Standing Stone shepherd has been transformative for him, his family, and his church.
We’re so grateful Nialle took the time to record his Standing Stone story!
Word of Encouragement
Our stories matter to God.
Our testimonies hold power.
Revelation 12 describes the accuser of God’s people being defeated “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony” (Rev 12:11).
When was the last time you shared your testimony with someone?
No matter what you think about your story, the Bible tells us that God thinks your testimony is powerful. Powerful enough to help defeat the enemy.
Who might God be nudging you to share your story with today?
